Booking
A provisional date can be reserved for 14 days before a final decision is made.
Deposit
At time of booking we ask for a letter of confirmation together with a £200.00 deposit to secure the date. Should the wedding be cancelled, deposits are non refundable.
Final Details
We ask you to contact us 4 weeks before your wedding day to arrange a visit to the hotel to discuss and finalise all wedding arrangements such as guest numbers, table arrangements, menus, toasts, speeches, evening buffet requirements etc.
Wedding Numbers
The hotel requires the final numbers attending the wedding to be notified to the hotel no later than 24 hours before the wedding day. This number will be the number charged for unless additional guests attend.
Payment Details
After final details are taken an estimated account will be sent to you based on the information supplied. Full payment of your wedding account is payable 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. An actual account will be sent to you within 72 hours detailing any outstanding balance or refund.
Prices
All prices quoted in your wedding package will be held for 12 months. However, we do reserve the right to alter prices if necessary – in this event you will be duly notified.
